The Details
We operate on a straightforward, handshake-style agreement (but on paper, obviously). Here is exactly what you need to know before you rent:
Secure Your Own Space: You bring your own lock. You are the only person with a key to your unit. We recommend a heavy-duty disc lock for maximum security.
Month-to-Month: Life changes fast. We don’t lock you into long-term contracts. Stay as long as you need, leave when you’re done.
Move-In Cost: First month + Last month’s rent due at signing. ($500 total).
